asasiilang lab
Run the language lab on a system your institution owns
A teacher console and a student client that turn a room of Windows PCs into a language laboratory. Broadcast, cast, talk, push and collect work, quiz, dictation and speaking practice marked against CEFR. Nothing leaves the building.
Owned outright, no expiryRuns on the lab's own networkNo internet, no account

Everything a lesson needs, in the room
From the sign-in on the lab PC to the marked recording returned to the student, one system the institution buys and keeps.
Teach the room
Broadcast the teacher screen or a media file to every seat, cast one student's screen to the class, talk to a seat, a group or everyone, lock attention with one key.
Work at every seat
Push a worksheet, collect it at a deadline, run a quiz with live results, a dictation sentence by sentence, or a timed speaking task recorded at every seat.
Marked against CEFR
Every lesson carries a level and a can-do statement from A1 to C2. Speaking practice, dictation and quizzes are marked against it, and progress is a CEFR record.
Owned outright
The institution owns the software on a licence that never expires, runs it on the lab's own network, and keeps every recording and result in a folder it can back up.
What changes in the first term
A school or a faculty that moves from a shared projector and a worksheet sees three things straight away.

Every student speaks every lesson
A timed speaking task records at every seat at once, and the teacher reviews the clips as they come in instead of hearing three students a period.
Marking happens in the lesson
Met, nearly or not yet against the can-do statement, with a comment, returned to the student before the bell.
The technician sees the lab
Every seat's PC with client version, disk and link, and the commands to wake, restart or update all of them from the teacher PC.
How asasii Lang Lab runs the lesson
Real screens from the teacher console and the student client. Both are Windows 11 applications, not web pages, so they work when the internet does not.
The teacher sees the room and teaches it
The seat grid with a live thumbnail per seat, hands up, offline seats and the lesson on one screen. Broadcast the teacher screen, cast a student to the class, talk to a seat or a group, lock every screen with one key.
- Seats keep their code, so the teacher learns the room, not the login
- Thumbnails are the teacher's view only and are never recorded
- A student's status bar shows when the teacher can see the screen

Work is set, collected, marked and returned in the lesson
Push a worksheet, collect it at a deadline, run a quiz with live results, a dictation sentence by sentence, or a timed speaking task recorded at every seat and marked against the CEFR can-do statement.
- Who has submitted and who has not, at a glance
- Speaking clips reviewed as they come in, marked met, nearly or not yet
- Groups by row with leaders, each in its own conversation

The student joins by name and works at the seat
Pick your name from the class list, test the headset, join the lesson. Watch the teacher, raise a hand, talk when allowed, answer the quiz, record the speaking task, submit the file and see your CEFR progress.
- Sign in with a name and an optional PIN, no account
- The teacher's screen full-screen with raise hand, talk and volume on one bar
- Progress as CEFR can-do statements met this term

The lesson is kept, the lab is looked after
A lesson summary with attendance, files, quiz, practice and recordings lands in a dated folder on the teacher PC. Lab health shows every seat's PC for the technician, and settings hold the network, the seat layout and the teachers on this PC.
- A student record with attendance, submissions and CEFR evidence across lessons
- Wake, restart, shut down and update every seat from the teacher PC
- Updates arrive on a USB stick, no internet required

Enterprise-grade, built for the questions a school leadership team and a university IT office will ask
The answers are in the software, not in a slide.
Enterprise security
Teachers sign in with a local profile and password on the lab PC; students pick their name with a PIN if the institution wants one. Seat thumbnails are never recorded, recordings are kept for the period the institution sets, and nothing leaves the building.
Service and support
idataraya installs the teacher console and the student clients, checks every seat, runs the first lesson with the teacher and trains the teachers. Three years of updates are in the licence, delivered on a USB stick. Support from people who know the console.
Deployment and data
Native 64-bit Windows applications on the PCs the lab already has. The teacher PC is the server; student names, recordings and work stay on the lab's own network. Results export to the institution's LMS or as a workbook.
A licence, not a subscription that stops when the budget does
The institution buys a system and keeps everything it produces. idataraya installs it, trains the teachers and supports it.

Questions we are asked before a proposal
What does the lab need to run it?
One teacher PC and up to sixty student PCs running 64-bit Windows on the lab's wired network, with headsets. Two programs are installed: the teacher console and the student client. There is no server, no browser and no internet connection required.
Does it work without the internet?
Yes, entirely. The teacher PC is the server, the student clients find it on the lab network, and lessons, recordings and results live in a dated folder on the teacher PC.
How is speaking practice marked?
A timed task records at every seat. The teacher reviews the clips as they come in and marks each one met, nearly or not yet against the lesson's CEFR can-do statement, with a comment. Marked clips return to the student, and the student's progress is a record of can-do statements met.
Can it be used at a university?
Yes. Up to sixty seats, lecturer and teacher labels, class lists from a spreadsheet, CEFR to C2, and results exported to the institution's LMS or as a workbook.
What does the licence cover?
The institution, the lab and the seat count, read from a file on the teacher PC, with no expiry and three years of updates. A second lab is a second file. Replacing the teacher PC means copying the file, nothing else.
What about privacy?
Seat thumbnails are the teacher's view only and are never recorded. The student's status bar shows when the teacher can see the screen and when a recording is on. Names, recordings and work never leave the teacher PC, and the institution decides how long recordings are kept.
